Mummy: If anyone asked how I was able to cope with my studies & cca & social life, I’d point to you. Thank you for being the most amazing sister, wife & mother. For preparing dinner for our family of 5+1, ensuring that we don’t sleep with cockroaches, making sure that we wake up in time for school & for taking care of us whenever we’re ill. I know that the next 2 years without you around would be a challenge for me- not having anyone to turn to at any time of the day, not being able to get home to a nicely home-cooked meal, having to have the willpower to get out of bed on time for classes everyday, it’s going to be difficult, but I’m gonna do it. Thank you for being that superwoman behind a successful man, or should I say, men. I know that me not being able to enter NTU/SMU’s accountancy has disappointed you tremendously but I hope that one day I’ll make you as proud as my 2 kor kors did. Daddy: Thank you for waking up at 5.30am, rushing down from Pattaya to Bangkok’s airport just to catch the earlier flight back to Singapore to attend my graduation. For flying from the airport to home and throwing your luggage from the cab into your car and not even bring able to step into the house, I can imagine what a sight that would’ve been. 😂 thank you for fetching me back home whenever it’s late, for pampering me with my favorite food, for believing that I deserve the best education I can get. I know the next 2 years are gonna be really stressful for you, having to spend nearly 100k on my studies just because my grades weren’t good enough. I hope that you know that no matter what happens, I’ll always be your little princess (no so little already though, taller than you in the picture!) & I’m really thankful for all that you’ve done for the family. ❤ (at Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP))

It’s funny how this boy became my ‘husband’ because of a misunderstanding over a twitter conversation. It’s even funnier how this can bring two people who’d otherwise never talk, closer. Thank you for making me feel better after all the craziness I had to go through last year, for your whacky jokes to cheer me up, for coming down today just because your wifey requested you to, and especially for the flowers that I was only joking about (sorry for making you so much poorer omg). Please take care of yourself when you’re in army and while I’m gone.
